Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts is legit the first series I've watched in a looooong time that I could see myself writing about. The She-Ra reboot came close, but never really hit that mark.
I could maybe try a crossover, but I have absolutely no idea how well that would fare, given how I already struggle to keep my fics grounded in MLP.
